rice cheese.

polenta with cheese.

Chicken or beef or grilled or baked, no seasonings or fat or skin.

dietary gelatin.

grated apple or ripe banana ride.

hard cheeses.

If the child has several episodes of diarrhea, or diarrhea accompanied by vomiting or stomach pain (cramps) it is necessary to call the doctor decide whether it is necessary to assess hydration status. Also good news is that episodes of diarrhea before one can see if it is accompanied by fever, vomiting, before any of these symptoms consult immediately.

When there is diarrhea, also should be noted that the child urinate normally. Otherwise, talk soon. If diarrhea is accompanied by blood, must be consulted immediately. Faced with diarrhea, it is important not to give any medication.

In the case of a newborn, should always be consulted immediately if fever, repeated vomiting or diarrhea. One must know how to differentiate normal bowel movements, which are liquid, yellow-explosive, diarrhea-which is rather green, thinner and more watery. Newborns are more susceptible to infections, so before any symptoms or unusual behavior is important to consult immediately.
