Those who are allergic have always heard of the presence of mites. These are responsible for certain allergies. While not visible to the naked eye, their droppings are usually allergic to and symptoms of asthma. They feed on skin scales shed from human or animal. So their presence is ensured where skin detachment, mattresses, blankets, pillows, etc..

Periods of increased reproduction are spring and autumn. The mite droppings are scattered in the dust which is then inhaled by those living in confined spaces. This powder is what causes allergies.

If you are allergic you will know that the most common symptoms are congestion, runny nose, sneezing (particularly in the morning), cough, watery eyes, wheezing, itching.

Some suggestions for prevention of allergy caused by dust mites:

  • Air the rooms daily
  • Exposed to the sun mattresses and bedding
  • Periodically wash the carpets and bedding
  • Seeks the elements of the room
  • Use anti-mite covers
  • Prevent pets indoors
  • Lava often stuffed animals
