Methadone is an opioid, which is synthetically produced. It is used mainly as a substitute drug abuse for heroin addicts. Methadone was developed in 1929 in the IG Farben.

By breaking up the group after the war, however, was the first drug produced by the American pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly. It was used primarily as a painkiller. Since methadone but very addictive, makes this use is no longer common. Only in a few exceptional cases, for example in cancer pain, methadone is used as a painkiller.

Prostatitis

prostatitisIf prostatitis is referred to as acute and chronic nonspecific inflammation of the prostate. Prostatitis is divided into an acute bacterial disease, a chronic bacterial disease, a nonbacterial prostatitis and the prostatodynia.

Typical symptoms of prostatitis include fever and chills, pain at stool, pus in the urine and in some cases appear to back pain. In addition, frequent urination in small amounts, painful urination, painful urination, occasional burning and sexual disorders and increased itching in the urethra. The patient feels just all around sick.

It is important that you as quickly as possible, consult a doctor. The treatment consists of a strictly prescribed bed rest and need for inpatient admission, administration of antibiotics must be made at least 4 weeks and sometimes with laxatives. Partial sitz baths are necessary, anti-inflammatory drugs and drugs for pain occurring.

So it can come from a lack of male hormones, or by an increased estrogen production and to increase proliferation of the glandular tissue. Chronic diseases, this can especially liver or kidney disease, causing gynecomastia. The false gynecomastia, however based on an accumulation of fat, as occurs in overweight or obese.

But it warns the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR): Energy Shots pose health risks. The BfR has met with different mixtures: Per Unit were contained in it from 50 to 200 mg of caffeine and between 200 and 1000 mg of taurine.
